A Little About Us
Appataxi ® is a APP that allows you to Book a Taxi from a live map, of independent fully licensed and insured Cabs, using the latest technology, we have developed this system for the benefit of both customer and driver.
Features
You have a simple way of acquiring a Taxi. There is no need to phone a controller, as your request goes direct to the driver.
Payment Method
You will have the option to pay the driver by card, contactless, Apple Pay, google pay, or cash.
Hiring
When you have hired your taxi you will not be able to cancel it, unless you booked in advanced please make sure your request is valid, otherwise you could be charged a minimum fare.
You can call the driver once he has confirmed your booking.
Fare
Your fare will be calculated from the following methods,
The app price calculator which will be displayed at the end of each ride, or from an on-board taxi meter. These options will be displayed on driver information tab, The Price calculator is just a guide only and the driver will calculate the final fare.

How to register the client App
Make sure your browser is the latest version, Google Chrome is recommended, tap on client link, tap on new user, enter your mobile number omitting the 0 request OPT, enter your name password and OPT code sent via SMS, you now should be set to use the App
Book Later
You can book your Taxi for a later time and date, just select the book later tab.
Fill in the details as follows

Appataxi® for Drivers
- This APP allows the driver to be independent once you login you can use the online and offline buttons to give you full control of jobs.
- The Online mode allows the client to book immediately, if you are on the offline mode this will only allow advanced bookings, should you not want either then you must logout completely.
- To use of this app you will need the following licenses.
- Hackney licences, or private hire licenses, [including operator license optional]
- The price calculator works out the fare at the end of the journey, also the clients can get an estimated fare before booking their Taxi.
- The driver can contact the client via phone or text.
How it works
When a client books you for a taxi straight away a notification window appears and an icon will appear on the map, you will have three options (see screenshot) to except reject or call client, once you select except booking, arrived button will appear this lets the client know you have arrived, then start ride button will appear, this starts the fare calculator, once you end the ride the price will be displayed on driver and client app once the transaction has been confirmed a star rate window appears.
